We are pleased to be participating in EMS Week again this year.
Information announcing EMS Week activities is attached.  All levels of
pre-hospital licensed personnel are eligible for years of service
certificates.  Please limit your submissions to the five year milestones
(5, 10, 15, 20 etc.) for the years licensed at that level.  

The originals along with the planning guide are in the mail to you.
